Please include your browser/device, the time of the issue and a description of what happened. Do not send sensitive pad contents, pairing codes, device credentials or passwords.
Connection help
Open SentPad on both devices, give each a name, generate a temporary numerical code on one and enter it on the other. Compare the full security code, then confirm on BOTH screens. Keep both browsers awake and online. A secure connection returns you to the pad with a confirmation. QR pairing is currently unavailable.
Reopen a sleeping browser to reconnect. Previously received content remains in that browser until expiry or deletion. Clearing browser storage removes its local notes and pairing credentials.
The Free public beta has no compulsory account, cloud content backup or paid purchasing.
